This is a party favorite and one I've been making for years. It's a simple recipe that really takes a little bit of patience though during the mixing process. I highly suggest just mixing this with your hands....
1 block of medium cheddar cheese (10 oz), shredded
1/2 c freshly grated parmesan cheese
3 c. bisquick
1 lb Jimmy Dean mild sausage
1/4 c of milk (start with less and add as you mix)
This is pretty simple. Add all ingredients in large mixing bowl and (I use my hands) mix really really well. It does take a few minutes of constant mixing to get the sausage to hold onto the cheese and bisquick.
Rolls into small 1" balls and place an inch apart on a cookie sheet. Bake about 25 minutes or until browned. Drain on paper towels and enjoy!!
