2 chicken breasts sliced thin
1 package smoked sausage, sliced thick
1 large onion, peeled & sliced
3 bell peppers, cut, cleaned and sliced
3 T extra virgin olive oil
3 T soy sauce
half package cooked vermicelli
crushed Rosemary
salt/pepper
In large skillet heat olive oil on medium heat. Add peppers and onions. Saute until peppers are soft and onions are transparent. Remove from heat and set aside in small bowl. In same skillet using the remains of olive oil, peppers and onions add chicken and sausage. Sprinkle rosemary, salt and pepper on both sides of chicken. Be generous! Cook on medium/low heat turning until brown on both sides. Add soy sauce, cooked noodles, peppers and onions.
Stir constantly, coating the noodles in the sauce, for about 6 minutes.
Turn entire contents into large serving bowl. I serve this with breadsticks and salad.
